Reporting people

Hey everyone

Got a question for ya all. So someone send me a friend request and fine i accepted it. But he asked me to join his "tournement" with some link i know is not the real site of LoL. But how can we make sure people like him gets a ban? Like okay people who flame deserves a ban but like hacking accounts isn't bad enough? If there is a way let me know please. Thank you.
