If you have been permanently banned, you can always try to submit a support ticket.
If you have been temporarily suspended, I'd recommend that you just wait until it is over... But you can always still try to submit a support ticket. :)
Riot doesn't care if you are crying, you are like the other players, Was toxic, and will be toxic again
Riot once had a forgiving program thing, They unbanned perma banned players, They got negative results
and at the end it was scrapped. heh
