Will the player botting issue get fixed?

Having a lot of matches where people are pretty clearly botting. In some cases, very obviously as they do the exact same movements repeatedly, even attacking empty jungles in summoner's rift matches.

In other cases, reasonably obvious as they start doing the same movements as a group, buying their items instantly, Walking straight into the enemy towers while casting their spells whenever an enemy is in range.

It really isn't fun regardless of which side the bots are on. I've seen this in multiple modes at this point and while they are remotely better than the people who just repeatedly run into towers to die, I wish there was some way to fix them.

I doubt there are any bots in pvp mode

There are in low level ARAM and TT.

I can confirmed this. Literally only a few human players in aram and the rest are bots. Twisted Treeline has bots as well.

They do ban waves to deal with botted accounts.

So another thing I noticed is that bots ignore fog of war and invisibility completely. That means that a player could potentially turn those off themselves depending on how those bots work.

Yeah, there are all sorts of scripts, including those that eliminate the fog of war.

I somehow doubt the instantly part considering how long it takes to ban bots.

By instantly I mean in the next banwave if you get caught. They(Riot) ban in waves so scripters can't put the puzzle together on how their software was detected.

I kind of wish they'd just shadow ban since they are just going to make more accounts anyways.

Nope. There will always be bots, and as Riot bans them more advanced bots will come into play. Its true for pretty much every popular online game.

Amazing... So this player refuses to swap with me saying they can't play my character. Once the game starts, he bots the game. Like, if you are going to bot and feed the enemy, why not trade so we at least have a chance?

This means my worry from before may be more valid if the bots have the ability for a human to use them while botting.
