Will the player botting issue get fixed?

Having a lot of matches where people are pretty clearly botting. In some cases, very obviously as they do the exact same movements repeatedly, even attacking empty jungles in summoner's rift matches.

In other cases, reasonably obvious as they start doing the same movements as a group, buying their items instantly, Walking straight into the enemy towers while casting their spells whenever an enemy is in range.

It really isn't fun regardless of which side the bots are on. I've seen this in multiple modes at this point and while they are remotely better than the people who just repeatedly run into towers to die, I wish there was some way to fix them.
