An Idea for repeat griefers, trolls, negative behaviour. (prisoner island but more ideal for riot)

I have spent along time trying to talk down hot headed teammates that want to offer negative personal information about other players preformance rather then trying to be positive and help them understand what they can do to help the team win. one attitude effects four other players and thats not very fair.

i mean i understand sometimes a games just not working and it seems impossible to comeback but getting on eachothers nerves has to stop. i feel that good intention players like myself and others i know shouldn't have to deal with repeat offenders of the negative variety. I propose a test based on Leauge of Legends Summoner Code!

For people who have gotten reported a few too many times and are a constant pain to play with or just so hard headed and ignorant that they offer no souloution to win but rather tell the players on your team (one of my favourites...) Kill Yourself. I am sure many people of Leauge feel this way toward this sort of thing. i am honestly tired of it and i wish Leauge could just banish all trolls but that is indeed impossible, However if we used a test that appears after a negative nelly gets a few too many reports based off the Summoners Code to teach them what is the appropriate way to play leauge. Once completed they have agreed that this is how you should behave therefore stopping people from feeling the need to get on eachothers nerves, but as a double whammy repeat offenders who have taken said test and chose to be negative anyways are now open to a more serious punishment from riot. be it longer que times or low priority, perma fill, banishment or any other creative ideas riot has for that sort of thing.

I believe that if this idea of mine existed in game player quality could go up. Truthfully as the player you can make you quality towards others better but sometimes people need a kick in the right direction and i believe that this is a brighter Leauge i could see myself getting behind. i am all for players just being supportive but i also notice that some of these player that act so negativly are smurfs. playing on other accounts to bully low tier players for amusement i have to assume. if i had a call on smurf accounts it would be insta-bans for the negative smurfs. its okay to practice. It is not okay to troll.
