You bring back your tribunal, I was just permabanned for telling off a toxic feeder, and he was the only one to report me. this is the 2nd time ive been banned and it was a permaban? the first time was for the exact same thing. You ban and perma ban people who invest money into this game and you that is ok. When we get trolled and people are toxic in our game and call them out. We are the ones to get punished because you are to lazy to bring back the tribunal and you shotgun sling out permabans like a tshirt cannon. I will not stop posting about this until you speak directly to this cause without some cliche remark. This is outrageous that my money has now been wasted due to me standing up to a toxic clown ingame. You need to at least make it where these shotgun bans are sent to someone in your company before you hand out PERMA BAN...please fix this fatal flaw in your punishment because this is not how you cure the toxic players on the rift.

First off paying for a game does not make you special. I'm sure there are many toxic players who spend money on the game, Not saying you are toxic of course. Secondly I'm not an expert on how people think but you telling Riot they suck at their job will probably just make it more difficult for you to be unbanned. Third, this is the internet you don't have to stand up to bullies, you get nothing from it here and you can never fully settle the issue with only words. It is best to ignore/mute and write a detailed report.

I bet your definition of "telling off a toxic feeder" involves 30 lines of chat and several slurs

You do not punish someone who did not say anything wrong, you do not punish someone for asking a toxic player to stop yelling and then asking the team, and thier team to report them for being toxic. you do not punish someone for being made fun of for calling that person toxic by his party. If a human looked at permabans before they went out, the actual toxic people would be permabanned and the people who got reported by trolls and thier party would not have to eat a bullet for toxic players. Your simple responses makes it easy to see you would just be apart of the problem.

I do not think it makes me special by paying for a game, but i do think a game that allows people to buy content most people want, should in fact have a more in depth way of looking into perma banning accounts. The time alone it takes to get to 30 should be sufficient to require that. Not even a ban for the rest of the season...a perma ban..meaning all my money, all the money they make and they can not take the time to look at the players who spend thier money on the game. Or watch it online, or spend their time actually playing. Players like myself, we get just shotgun banned without them looking into it at all. I was banned 45 seconds after the match. That is insane. They should have an obligation to not waste our money or time.
