More Low Priority Queue Complaints
I'm sure many have felt the wrath of Riot's Leaverbuster system in the form of a low priority queue. Now, it's silly that a multitude of people have, after one disconnect (whether their internet went down, their PC crashed or whatever), received the kiss of death "Due to your recent leaving and AFK behaviors...". Why should we bother trying to reconnect if we just end up with the same result? Why doesn't Leaverbuster detect whether someone's reconnected or not and take that into account and if it's supposed to take someone's reconnection into account why isn't it competent at actually doing so?
Also, I'm sure some would say that the person had a bad record. But, if they're left wondering why they got low priority queue after 1 disconnect, they probably didn't leave/AFK a game in a long time. It's ridiculous to count someone's AFK some months ago against someone when deciding whether someone gets low priority queue. I mean, yea yea it's on their record but is it really right to give someone low priority queue based on their offenses WAY back when? Isn't low priority queue put in place to punish FREQUENT offenders and not the poor guy that accumulated some number of AFKs OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME? Frequent offenders and the occasional disconnects are very different and should be treated very differently.
Low priority queue definitely isn't a bad thing, it shouldn't punish people who reconnect and should only punish FREQUENT OFFENDERS.
