Yes it is. If it's that bad, just report them after the game and vent outside the game chat if you need to. Calling them out does literally NOTHING to remedy the situation.

First off, those numbers mean nothing to Riot's multi-million number playerbase. Secondly, there is nothing to fix here. You acted like an asshole and got punished like one. Yes you should, since venting in the game chat does nothing but piss everyone else off. Vent in real life instead where it's even more cathartic. Instead of making a bad in-game situation worse, scream into a pillow or something (trust me, it helps).

You are entitled to your opinion, but your accusation here is silly. Of course Riot wants money. That's what a company does. However, their desire and need for revenue is irrelevant to your predicament. Everyone is held to the same behavioral standards, and only a fraction of the playerbase has a problem with that. If Riot was as money-grubbing as you seem to think, they would put punished accounts behind a paywall instead of banning and restricting them normally. Hell, they'd make the game pay to win in general if money was all they cared about.
