Petition to make blocking super effective

Hey everyone~!

Now, I've been playing LoL for several years now and came across many different kind of players, among them my least favorite ones... the toxic. One of the main things that our community is mostly known of is the many, many, MANY rude and vulgar players, using language that irritates the heck out of me and I wouldn't be ok if my little brother or sister where to meet negative behavior in game. Most of them also enjoy game throwing, especially on ranked games, because they simply don't care.

I don't know if I'm the only one but when the Tribunal was up and running, providing us the power to punish such players with bans and perma bans, was the best of times. But now, we can't really do much, can we? And the Riot workers have so many things to deal with that they can't obsess over our every request...

So, the one thing I would appreciate (and it must be possible somehow) is to never encounter players that have insulted the team or hurt the gameplay altogether. It'd be a good solution if the block button would do more that just muting the player, because this doesn't change the bad gameplay you know. It's been many times that I've encountered the same toxic player that i have blocked...

And now in the new client I can't even find the block option out of game. I don't want to encounter certain players because of the above reasons, and since there's no Tribunal or option for the community to deal with this, I think this is a good idea. Make the block button super effective.
