Permeant Ban?!

I just recently got permanently banned because a toxic player in our team (even our teammates agreed that Talon was feeding on purpose and talking rude) reported me. I was aware that I had have been banned before for negative talk but I was willing to change and was changing after my recent ban. It is ridiculous to permanently ban one's account, because after all, we are the holders of our accounts, and some players have spent quite a lot of money and supporting game. I don't think this is the right way to punish and regulate player behavior.
