What to do when you are permanently banned? How to contact riot?

Hey everyone,

I understand the frustrations of people that just want to have fun, the toxic people needs to get banned. But like me i played over 4 years on this account got +300 euro on skins, now it's all gone... I can be rude but i never used curse words or something else i just wanted to point out what other players weren't doing well. I was frustrated that i couldn't climb anymore and was stuck in elohell, I just wanted to tell facts to improve the game that's all.

I just got once 14 days suspension and from that moment i wasn't harsh at all.. Last game i just told the jungler to gank mid and that was enough to get permanently banned.. I really want to contact riot to have another chance for this because i believe once you are banned it's really hard to not get banned again.

Riot you are really ruining the game by doing this! This banning system is really weird and doesn't work at all! Please contact me and check my gamelogg again!

You really need to copy and paste your ban message, or else nobody here is going to believe a word you said.

You only get immediate 14 day suspensions for stuff like racism or encouraging suicide. The next step after that is always a permaban.

Finally, unless the ban was issued in error, your account is gone and the ban will not be lifted. Next time, don't do that. $300 in skins isn't a license for you to abuse other players. LCS pro players can have their careers ended over that mess, you think they care for your skin inventory?

What to do? Nothing. Find another game or make new account. That account is gone. If people dont ask you to point out what they arent doing well its rude to point it out anyway.

You don't do anything when permabanned. That's the point of it. You stop.

It's true that once you've had a suspension it's harder, but only because you're still out of line, so to speak. The system is just looking more closely at what you do after a punishment, and it will still only actually punish you if you break the rules.

There is nothing you can do about it sorry :/, Riot doesn't unban accounts, unless the punishment was given out by mistake, which rarely happens and doesn't seem to be the case for you.
