Got a 14 day suspension after REFORMED

Hello fellow friends, I got a 14 day suspension. Tbh I flipped I got so mad u know the usual kid rage "%%%" "fuck you guys". The thing is that I was 13 when I created this account and 2014 I got a chat restriction for 5 games. Kinda sucked but I reformed. The problem is I get to involved in my games sometimes and get toxic. But never kid rage. U know the usual "wtf are you doing?" kind of toxic I heard about punishment tiers and was a bit confused. More on my story I 1 year later got a 25 game chat restriction but the thing got revoked after I talk to riot support. Im not a specially toxic person it's just it get's intence in certain ranked games. But now after my chat restricotion got removed july 2015 I have not been punished or warned in 2½ years and now for the first time in ranked when I went full on rage kid. I got a 14 day suspension? How does that work? people on the forums says that the punishment tiers get reseted after like 3 months. I was very VERY toxic one game and everyone can understand that. I could have taken a 5 game chat restriction and that would had made me scared and stopped flaming for a very long while. I did not get warned 1 time. No "you have recently been reported for verbal abuse" Im confused. I dont get it. I was reformed for like 3 years now and I immidetly got a suspension for 14 days. I get reported time to time for being passive aggressiv (missing pings etc) but still I dont get it I have played like 4000-5000 games and not been punsihed for the last 2½ as I had said before. Had a lvl 5 honor and I often only play with friends so I dont get toxic at all. I fucked up 1 game and now it's like im back at where I started 2½ years ago? I play like 3 games a day and certain weekends I play like 10 games a day. I dont get it. I was a fucking kid when I created the account, first I was toxic. annoying and retarded. I have matured so much over the last 5 years and I dont get it how I get a suspension for 14 days after following the summoners code completly for the last 2½ years. Can someone with better knowledge please explain.
