14 day ban (no chat restrict ever) for this?

Played a game as vlad against heimer mid lane, was hard pinned under my turret the whole laning phase and couldn't really get aggressive wards out. This led to my WW jungler flaming and spam spinging me because my vision score was 0, he also flamed our Draven for the very same reason. He then proceeded to hard int into the enemy team, legit run it down mid. I'm no saint but i'm not gonna just stay silent while someone bashes me and ints my game. Below are my logs from the game, it would be great if I could post our team logs, because just my logs don't tell the full story. On this account I have no chat restrictions (or atleast that I can remember) and this is the only game that there are logs for. This honestly, isn't worth a 14-day ban to me a chat restriction at BEST for 1 game dealing with an inting player.

Crass sexual comments -- specifically crass sexual insults degrading to a specific gender -- earn escalated punishments. The rest of it was punishment worthy, but this is what pushed you over the edge.

im assuming that is either a homophobic slur or a racial slur so there is ZERO TOLERANCE to that and plus your entire chat log is flaming , arguing, calling people an idiot etc. so yea its worthy of a 14 day ban. but hey good news chances are your next punishment is a perma!!

Someone runs it down mid and actually waste the time of 9 other individuals call him a C for it, and I'm the one who gets punished, while he gets to queue up for another game. Seems reasonable.

He gave up long before anyone talked to him, he started out 5-1, ended 5-12 after complaining about our vision scores, he tilted way before any of this broke out.

Because doing poorly isn’t reportable and of your own admittion he clearly wasn’t inting or even doing poorly at first by being 5-1.

What far more likely happened based off your chat logs is he said something to you then you retaliated and kept on flaming him rather then just mute him and play.

He wen't from 5-1 to 5-5 before he started to flame and spam ping, he then tilted and got angry with us not being able to ward and inted.

Yeah because there is never a good reason to insult people in this game. I’m tired of people trying to make it seem ok, no one likes having the person doing poorly not me not any Rioter, no one but no one forced you to insult him then use a slur, that is on you, you knew better and chose to anyway, that is on you, you made your bed now lie in it.

The fact of the matter is that you cannot differentiate between doing poorly and LITERALLY intentionally feeding, talking about respawning walking it down and dying. I would not respond how I did if the WW was simply dying, he was making a conscious decision to give the enemy free kills because he was upset with the team. I don't understand why you keep trying to insinuate that the WW just had an off game, HE WAS INTENTIONALLY GRIEFING THE LOBBY.

You know, every report category has their own toxicity score and threshold.

Just because he disrupts a game, doesn't mean you need to be toxic. At the end you'll both get punished.

you can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them to review the punishment or ask them if you've had any chat restrictions before.

That said, I am a bit surprised that it's gone straight to a 14-day ban, although the last sentence might have done the trick there. You can take it up with support if you feel it's overly harsh.
