Perma Banned for being toxic

So i was Perma banned today for being toxic in a ranked match I feel that the banned is kinda unfair cause I was never given 2 chat banned and even if I was it must've been years ago because I dont remember, I understand I was in the wrong but I mean there should be a little slack people have bad games and bad days like I did and im not toxic on a regular basis and the game that actually got me banned I was joking with a friend I duo Que with and someone that was on my friends list, further more my account is like 6 years old and I have 3 bad games in 6 years kinda seems unfair, and I think a having people not be competitive and having some good ol smack talk makes the game kinda boring even pro players do it (Double Lift) it makes the reward for winning so much better and it gives you those bragging rights like a real sport would. When I do say something toxic its over something pity after someone else would start it by making pings or by typing something in chat that just makes me annoyed, and I understand that it was my fault and I shouldn't talk so much crap but if I get reported they dont get banned only I do the system dosent check if they started it. I feel if your doing well Im gonna say good job if your doing bad im gonna say bad job simple as that I and its people being cry babys because they cant take someone else saying bad job and thats kinda unfair I would like to be un banned I just want anther chance ill reduce the toxic behavior. PS this was typed in like 4 minutes got stuff to do rn so had to type it quickly.

Also someone on my team called me a nig and I typed in all chat this player called me a nig report him please and I got banned because the system is broken and needs to be fixed.
