Riot should reconsider the prisoners island concept

In case you dont know what prisoners island concept is, it is like a <<prison>> for the unsportsmanlike players (aka the toxic players). Riot believes that this concept would not work for league for 2 reasons. Reason 1, they believe in a real shot at reform for unsportsmanlike players and reason 2: Prisoner’s island is a truly awful experience for the “prisoners”. I understand this but you could make it work if you changed some things. For example you could send the players a warning message saying that they might start to play with other toxic players like them if they keep on flaming/raging/inting or whatever the case is. This, though, should exist only in the lower elos (bronze, silver, gold) because if this was a thing in diamond the non-toxic players would wait for like a 30 minute Q. I hope you thing again about it so we, the not toxic players have a better time in league. Thanks :)

And btw sorry if my English were bad.

There's also the issue that maintaining a queue is actually pretty expensive (that's one of the reasons they did away with draft normals in some regions). Incurring the hefty costs of upkeeping a troll queue is a bit hard to justify, specially when the "prisoner" can just create another account and go back to the regular queue.

HOW would it be any different when 96% of the population would be on the island. Then the 4% of nerds play the same 10 ppl every game and wait 2 hours for a queue
