Toxic restricted community for league players???

I know this sounds crazy. But every time I play a normal or draft pick game and do poorly I get flamed. Obviously I would get yelled at but if someones just trying to play the game and doing poorly then what gives some person to start calling me a fa**** or a feeder and a troll. I literally just tell the guys to relax and that im sorry that im having a bad game but they just KEEP GOING AT IT. I dont understand what makes someone so angry that they feel they need to keep yelling in chat instead of trying to recover the game. Yes i went 0-6 in lane as vs sorry its a hard match up. I played poorly but I had to think about it... What if someone started a community of league players, MATURE league players who wanted to just have norm games against each other. Sign up or ask for permission to play with this group and if you're toxic then you get kicked??? Its a goodish concept but idk how it would be executed and im just ranting at this point. Ive seen pros and higher elo players in counter strike and league playing with zero flaming even if someone is going 0-5 or not contributing anything to the team. Something about league makes me feel like once players start losing the loose all hope of winning lol. Id be perfectly willing to start some kind of group like this if i was able to make a website but i dont have the money for that and the 99 player friend system kind of makes it hard.
