What you see below is why the 1 game has got me banned for being too toxic. I've spent over $400 on this game & have had my account for yearssss. And riot's tribunal bans me unfairly. I was told to kms & a lot of other slurs and nothing happened to them. Here it is. Judge for yourself.

So how does that justify a ban? Anytime I said to group is when our top lane & Jungler harassed me and this random nami for losing bot & dying to a fed khazix who got fed off mid and our jungler. He was very fed early in so I told everyone we need to group or lose cuz he's just hunting people down at this point. Force teamfights. Then I defended nami getting told she never wards cuz she dies anytime she tries to. And everyone time i said to group or we lose it was toward the snarky top telling me i'm wrong which made no sense. And I never harassed him. Then you see me saying gg report jax or ur banned jax. Everytime I said that it was after a line of him telling me to kill myself, that i'm a %%% or suck dick at the game. I don't see why I was banned? Maybe a chat restriction? But even then I don't see why I would get one just for telling my team to group or saying we lose toward the one harassing me for losing bot. I'm guessing it's because I said cancer & ass even though it was about a champion & toward noone in all chat or an actual player? It was talking about the champions. & I've read riots guidelines after this ban. It says you can cuss/use strong words as long as it's not toward an actual player or homophobic/racist. So basically you can say oh fuck I suck, or well that's cancer I got blinded. Just stuff like that. I seriously don't understand how someone looked at this & was like woah! to toxic! ?

Those are my ban/report reasons. Inflammatory for defending myself & trying to make us win? How is me saying the right thing While I'm being insulted inflammatory? I didn't purposely piss someone off and feed fire. I was trying to win because noone would listen and only insulted eachother.

Offensive??? What did I say that could be taken as offensive? Besides cancer or ass that was used toward no-one and falls under okay in the guidelines?? I'm genuinely confused & upset that I got banned over something like this. All my time & money gone for a report like this??

It says you can cuss/use strong words as long as it's not toward an actual player or homophobic/racist.

You did use a homophobic slur, though, when repeating what Jax said.

Even then, that is typically not enough alone to result in a permanent ban. However, if you have shown toxic behavior in the past and went up the punishment tiers below a permaban already, then it's more likely that this would result in a harsher punishment. There are 4 tiers of punishment, starting from chat restrictions, and each time you get punished you move up one tier (reforming your behavior can lower your tier over time).

Did you have a 14 day ban before this? If so, that explains how this resulted in a permaban.

Concerning your other behavior, calling to mass report or threatening with reports is considered harassment and is a punishable offense. Please just mute and report players that are causing problems for you; only one report is needed to flag the match to be added to their case for review when triggered, and more reports won't make the system check it any harder.

Report calling is a punishable offense. Beyond that I don't see much to be honest, some minor cases of passive aggressiveness and...... creating a negative atmosphere, still very mild.

However I'm sure there's more to this case than just that, cause I doubt you'd be punished for this game alone.

I should probably mention that it doesn't matter how much money you've spent on the game, everyone is treated equally (except Rioters they're treated far more harshly).

And getting perma'd for that alone seems ridiculous, so where's the rest of the story?

You had other warnings previously (10 chat restrict, 25 chat restrict, 14 day ban) so the next one is going to be a perma ban regardless of how severe it was because you have not learned from before. Also typing in chat 100+ times in one game instead of simply playing just makes it worse, there's no need to talk so much, you should have just muted Jax and moved on and report him if he really was toxic.
