Liar on the Rift

Hello everyone I am Vegetah and ran into a situation on the rift. A player played a game with me on April 3rd 2018 that lasted 31 minutes and 48 seconds which resulted in a loss after we were doing fairly well which always ends up being crappy. However, please note at the end of the game this Evelynn player decided to take it upon herself to say in [all chat] after i died 2 times trying to carry that "Report Anivia she told all of us to kill ourselves", then proceeded to try and say other things i cannot quote to report me after she said i was toxic. Can someone explain ho this is okay and goes unnoticed? Thank you.
