Vayne jungle?

Recently I was playing a ranked game, I first picked Vayne jungle because it had been working out for me lately, then 2 people on my team got tilted and picked junglers and took smite to make up for our "lack of a jungler" then when the game started They got first on the enemy jungler and stole his red, then they started stealing my jungle camps and after that started inting, and because all 3 of us were jungle, we had a solo support bot and no one top, so for the rest of the game I covered top and did really well against the Shaco and during the entire game they were tilted just because I picked vayne jungle. So if someone would please explain to me their thinking because I'm not sure why they saw the need to troll just because of a pick they hadn't seen before

It could be for a combination of reasons actually:

  1. It was ranked.
  2. It was an unusual pick in an unusual role and they weren't comfortable with it.
  3. You didn't run it by your team to see if they were okay with you doing it.
  4. They just wanted to troll and be jerks and they just saw the jungle vayne pick as the perfect excuse to do so (unlikely imo).

Because it is not "meta". Although did you tell them what you were going to do? Vayne is a niche jungle who seldom comes up, sort of like Twitch. In this case, telling them you are on a x streak with Vayne jungle may have helped settle them. I find it odd that 2 people decided to jungle because of it though. Would expect 1 to try and strongarm but not 2.

if I ever see that declared I'm banning the shit out of it. keep that shit in norms or expect what just happened to happen far more often.

They are meta slaves. They saw you pick vayne, thought wtf, that's not optimal. So they decided to "teach you a lesson" by trolling. Is it that hard to figure out?
