I left out his name because against forum rules, if u want further proof message me for the originals. I opened a ticket to Riot but apparently it's ok to encourage suicide in their eyes. The ticket was sent two weeks ago which Riot has marked as "solved" but according to op.gg he has never stopped playing games.

Chermorg4 votesThe only thing I'd say is keep in mind that's a general thing, and obviously if someone is constantly abusing the "add friend" feature after game simply to be toxic to them, Riot can see that and probably won't like it.

He was saying the same things in game, I just only had chance to screenshot friends message.

Yes, I reported him at end of game and in a ticket. Nothing has happened to him I can see every game he has played.

When you turned off your language filter. If you leave it on both Fk Fgot and N**ger all appear as simply ****.

An opt in must be explicit - such as adding a friend you know will PM you after. There is no opt in to be flamed with racial slurs.

Tbh your screen shots are rather vague. You don't know if you took those today, yesterday forty years ago. I just assumed when I first opened them, that it was your way of saying that this occurred after a normal game, not that he was still playing. You see how lack of information is the biggest problem here? You didn't make an opening post containing all the information we needed:

Just because the dude wasn't insta banned doesn't mean he won't be. You don't know if he's had this behaviour before or not either, so he may not have been caught yet.

? Okay. Can you please point out on a well organized power point where this information comes into play and matters for this board? Please enlighten me? I'm confused. You went from saying that Riot doesn't deal with toxicity to pointing out that if I tell someone to "kys" and they do it I'm going to jail for manslaughter. Tbh, you won't. If you say it once and the person does it, they were clearly mentally unstable. However, if you go and try to convince them to for several lines of speech and they do, then yea you probably will.

The first punishment for something like this for someone who has no prior punishments is a 14 day ban. That's a two week ban, not a permanent ban. Do you have proof the guy has been playing within the last two weeks and not just now? That would be something that is actually useful.
