I left out his name because against forum rules, if u want further proof message me for the originals. I opened a ticket to Riot but apparently it's ok to encourage suicide in their eyes. The ticket was sent two weeks ago which Riot has marked as "solved" but according to op.gg he has never stopped playing games.

Toxicity in private messages is regarded in a slightly different light than is toxicity in game. Private messages are an "opt in" - you had to add him as a friend for him to be able to PM you those things. That being said, Riot sometimes will not punish someone for toxicity that you opted into by adding them as a friend. Note that I said sometimes. They will always review the case and make a determination based on the entirety of the situation - games that you weren't in and games you were in.

"Riot didn't do the thing fast enough, therefore they support encouraging suicide"

No? Don't be stupid man, you know that's not how it is. Cool off before you post and you won't jump to blatantly incorrect assumptions.

What do you mean? Just because no one has reported them yet doesn't mean they don't punish toxicity? Just because he told you in an out of game message to "kys" doesn't mean that he's done it before? Literally your accusation has zero grounds. You are doing the correct thing to open a ticket, but you are seriously misguided if you think riot does nothing to punish toxicity. Just because the dude wasn't insta banned doesn't mean he won't be. You don't know if he's had this behaviour before or not either, so he may not have been caught yet.

And how long ago was the message, and have you received a response to your ticket?
