Iv received a chat ban, but I am not sure why. Iv had way more toxic people in the game and I dont believe they received any bans what so ever. This is a onesided conversation but, can someone explain if anything or what exactly of what I said is ban worthy?

Is this worthy of chat ban

Yes

and have other people who have been similarly "toxic" got bans?

That's irrelevant. Do all people who speed get tickets? No, but that doesn't mean that no one should be ticketed for speeding.

{quoted} killumanati: STOP WITH THE KILLS MORON killumanati: this team is so bad killumanati: lost dragon cuss u guys dont get macro game killumanati: carrying the shit out of u guys killumanati: and yet u keep thrwoing killumanati: lol these morons killumanati: they wont learn lol killumanati: they wont understand their mistakes killumanati: they play with their ego killumanati: their too bad

Interestingly, insulting your team by calling them bad, ignorant, noobs, morons, etc. gets you punished. This seems a pretty straightforward punishment.

So every time you get validly reported, you get a toxicity score added to your account.

If you pass a certain number, you'll get punished.

These games put you over the toxicity threshold so you got punished for it. Others may have been toxic, but if their toxicity score didn't go over the threshold, then their punishmnet will likely happen down the road.

Talking too much and insulting teammates = grieving / giving up. Play in silence

There are many reasons for you to get chat restricted or even get you banned. My best option would be telling you to stop typing at all and start using the pinging method instead for everything.

Learn from this mistake and take it as an opportunity to change

First game; lots of unnecessary words, plenty of them negative in flavor. Second game looks almost okay to my eyes. Those "lol"s there turn your chat log big negative imo and that "ur fault for not muted toxic ppl" could be taken negatively also. First game is the worse one and if I was the IFS, I would have given you the punishment for that alone.

Advice for the future: stop being negative and you will be fine. Turning off all-chat will help a lot with that and in addition after that if teammate begins to annoy you; mute him and do not say anything about him in the team chat. If his behavior is actually negative (not just playing bad): report him after the match. No talking bad things! You are still allowed to talk in positive manner though and that will actually help you get up from the depths of Honor 0/1.

About the one sidedness you mentioned; you are punished for your behavior. The others are punished for their behavior. Retaliation is not allowed.

Sorry, I did not participate in your poll. The options to answer are too extreme, but I hope the answer above helps you understand my point of view in your punishment - not that I work for Riot or anything, but an opinion from a fellow player.
