I try so hard to win a game. nothing seems to work I roam to help my team I let them have the kills when I roam. But it seems like every game I play I have teammates with low winrates I stay postive and cheer on my fellow teammates but it doesn’t do anything they always focus the wrong champs. I’m not sure if I want to play league anymore it pisses me off I get demotion from bad teammates I can’t do anything about it. Riot I was wondering if you could help me with my issue and pair me up with players that have higher winrates I’m just tired of losing. Btw I’m always dominate in lane I main gragas mid very good buff fucken excelent.

In my experience if you want to climb ranks you have to carry. This may sound silly/obvious to say, but I feel like it's something that is overlooked when people are trying to climb. This is especially true if you feel like you are better than the players you are playing with and against on a regular basis. For example, if you are a diamond level player and you are currently silver, you don't want to give your allies kills. You want to get as much gold as you possibly can so you can carry your team. You can do more with the gold than they can. If you are the best player in a given game, but all 5 enemy players are better than all 4 of your teammates and you spend the whole game getting your teammates fed, you could very well still lose that game. I think a lot of high ranked players would agree with that mentality. A few specific things I think to focus on are as follows:

  1. Try as hard as you can to win every game. Most people will claim they are doing this but I think very few actually are.
  2. Always focus on what you can do better. It doesn't matter if your teammates are doing poorly because you can't control that factor. Focus on yourself.
  3. Don't get angry. This is seriously important. Focusing on yourself and what you can do better probably helps in this area, but it is important not to tilt. If an ally is annoying you with what they're typing, mute them. If enemy taunts/emotes are bothering you, mute them. If these things are going to instantly tilt you the moment they happen, then mute as many things as you can right from the start. IF you are getting tilted by anything, figure out what it is and do what you can to stop it from happening.

This certainly isn't an exhaustive list of what you can do to improve, but I think they're some of the most important (and often overlooked) things to work on. Best of luck to you and hopefully you see some improvement. ^_^

Have you considered maybe you're being too positive? I see it rarely that someone is trying so hard to motivate their team that it actually tilts them even more. There is a delicate balance between positive and uplifting versus too cheery to the point that people are like "why does he keep doing that".

Not saying that's necessarily your problem, but next game take a look at how other people are reacting to what you say - and maybe say things less frequently, differently, or not at all if they're reacting negatively - even if what you're saying is positive.
