Riot reporting system

Riots reporting system is getting out of hand. I'm constantly matched with people who purposely lose my games. Who do so without any drop of remorse or guilt. Example : I had a shaco jungle last game ,enemy had lee. Lee ganked 3 times for around 2 minutes ,while our shaco did not. Lee was lvl 7 ,shaco was 4. Me and my midlaner were constantly bullied by that lee ,while we asked that said shaco for a gank ,for more than 5 minutes ,we didn't get a response. After the tenth minute mark ,we finally both got a gank. A top gank in which I secured the kill (and he purposely stole) and the same in the mid lane. That happened again after some time and he got a 4/2 stats ,while mine was already negative thank's to the non-stop bullying of that lee (and of course ,no countergank from our jungle.) At which time he was constantly afk farming in his jungle and/or in the map (without taking a single objective bigger than the rift scutter). When we had enought and started typing to him ,we got a response blaming us for "int feeding" and that continued to the end of the game. Till that end of the game ,I was typing to him and the enemy team ,mostly begging for a report. A report for intentionally assisting the enemy team ,ignoring his team ,flaming his team and etc. So ,we get to the report part of the game and guess what. Not a single report option regarding the playstyle of said person. All reports (excluding the int feeding) are about the communication of the person. And ? How am I supposed to report him for the above mentioned reasons when there is no actuall option ? The only thing available was int feeding ,but that can't work because he ended the game 4/5 or something similar. I give up and go make myself some coffee. When I returned ,my account was permanently banned because of that game. Now tell me ,is it fair that you cannot do absolutely anything regarding a person intentionally ruining your game ,but he can permanently ban your account because you said a bad word. Now ,someone will say "just mute him" ,well ,"mute him" won't make him stop doing what he is doing. Muting him won't make the game better for me. Why do I have to be banned because of "bad words" when he can "just mute me" ? That "mute" phrase is the favorite of all riot supporters and staff regarding something like this. Now tell me ,why should I be banned when he can just "mute me" ? In overrall. I cannot use my account anymore because I'm "toxic" ,yet he can play freely while ruining the games for many people ,and ,the most fun part is ,that he cannot be punished for that ,mainly because there is no such option. Good job riot. What happened with punishing people for ruining the fun of others ? He ruined a game for 4 other people ,but I got punished becaus I told him that he's trash ?

Okay, lets chat.

  1. While it is always nice for a jungler to gank or counter gank, they are not required to. Shaco should try to gank when ignite it up, assuming he runs smite ignite. Again however, he doesn't HAVE to gank.

  2. If Lee ganked you so much and you were caught, ward and when the ward is down, back off. If your ward drops and you are pushed past half way, consider roaming.

  3. If Lee was 7 and Shaco 4, you don't want him to counter gank. You would both most likely die. The best thing he could do at that point is try to farm and try cheese ganks.

  4. He can mute you, but that still doesn't mena you get to flame/be toxic.

  5. It is possible to have a losing streak, especially if playing new champions. The examples you provide don't give a lot of info. Could be new to Nid/Shaco/Teemo jungle.

May I also add that just out of curiosity I checked that persons match history. The game before the shaco one was with a 2/8 teemo and the game after is a 0/6 nida. Now ,it seems ,that this person has a constant "bad game" and yet ,nobody can do anything about that :)
