I was banned for nothing?

So i was playing a premade with me 2 friends and then a Lux reported me, thinking i was being toxic but i was not. Any mods please look at my chat logs. They have some swear words but they were my friends. Also, there was another post and me arguing with someone but how was that toxic. And isn't there supposed to be 3 chat logs? I don't understand. Regardless, I just hope i get unbanned. At least give me another chance. I see that there is a lot of hate but the thing is, why? I literally did not know that i couldn't do that. I didn't even mean to "disturb" the other people. It is not fun to get an account banned for a game you actually had some laughs and fun in. Yeah and if you think those werent the only 2 games i was toxic on, at least i know i was not. Nonetheless, riot player supports can read this and tell me an ACTUAL answer.

You would need to submit a Support Ticket to speak with Player Support about this. If everyone in the group was not part of your premade, though, you still have to be considerate of them; even if you aren't talking to them that doesn't mean it wasn't a problem for them.

Other than that it's calling people pricks and kids, telling people to stop feeding/throwing without giving tips/advice as to how they can stop doing them and the unsportsmanlike "ez". Basically it's mostly name-calling and negativity. Not the worst I've seen but still definitely punish worthy.

Advice:

Name-calling isn't needed, so there's no reason to resort to that other than to verbally harass someone. "stop feeding/throwing" isn't helpful "advice" as it doesn't tell the struggling player(s) how they can improve. Saying things like "hug your turret more to cs safer" is much better than just saying "stop feeding" and expecting them to listen/improve. "ez" is unsportsmanlike, and even if it was an easy game there's no need to rub it in the faces of the enemy team. You're just being a sore winner by doing so. Just say "gg" or "ggwp" and leave it at that.

I think the point of toxicity bans or suspensions are that you were being toxic at all. Whether it is with your friends or not, you were toxic nonetheless. Arguing with people shouldn't inquire a flag, unless you get into some vulgar stuff, but that's my opinion. Riot may do things differently than my beliefs, so if you haven't opened a support ticket yet I would do so.

The thing is i didnt know. I really dont think it is fair to ban me of something i didnt know was going to happen. Yes, i was toxic long ago but after i got unbanned i was rarely toxic.

Riot is not required to give you 3 games of chat logs at all. The chat logs you receive are simply examples of the behavior that got you punished, and it can range anywhere from 1-5 games. While in most cases people get punished for multiple games, in some cases 1-2 games can very well be enough to result in a punishment. For you specifically, game 1 alone is definitely enough to cause a punishment with the use of homophobic and racial slurs, something that is not acceptable at all.

Now, I understand that you were talking with friends, but what you need to keep in mind is that not everyone on your team was in your premade. In situations like that, you need to be considerate of them because while your friends may be okay with what you're saying, they very well may not be (and since they reported you, they likely weren't). If you want to talk with your friends like this when not in a full premade, then I'd suggest doing so in a voice chat like Discord.
