suspended witout reason?
Just to start, im norwegian so grammar may be bad. Plis help and respond. A friend of mine gifted himself rp "beacuse he could not buy rp at his user for time being" , at the moment i didnt know it was him.
So when i checked my email, i noticed the rp purchase. cheeked my user and it had no recordings of rp purchase, so as i thougt riot would like this info as it could be a bugg or something, they perma banned me after i sendt the email... Just straight out of the bat perma baned me when i sendt a email to them. as they feared that i was not the original user. so
- they banned me beacuse I sendt in a email, from the orginal e-post and feared that i was not the original user, why would i do that if i had hacked the user or something?
So they asked me lots of questions, i answeared most of them. even said what i spendt my first rp on, still they was scared of me not being the original user? Now time as passed, and i have given alot of info, almost 80% of what they asked me, pretty accurate. where ive been playing and so on. Now they have jsut stoped answearing me, they wont respond, and whenever i make a new ticket they removes it? i loved the support when i started playing, but now their answears are copy pasts or bots... i have no idea what to do as i have spendt about 1500 hours of playing and looots of money used on my user, but they wont answear me at all and i have no idea what i can do.
if someone have any answears, plis tell them. and if you could share that would be lovly, even so that riot sees it would be amazing :D
i can give the whole case, where it started and when i have been freaking out. just to finish, i have alomst no reports, never been suspended for being toxic, even had ribbon "if it makes a diffrence" i honor players and follow the summoner code pretty good would i say, never used a booster, never been hacked.
Do you think they have reason to ban me at all? i can give you the whole case, but lots of info there i dont want to give.
so what i understand is that i got bannd beacuse they cant risk a friend buying rp at my user?
