Stalker Ryze

So every once in a while i stumble upon this Ryze. He usually plays bot games in the morning and he's really annoying. Everything begins normally and then he starts following someone around for the entire game. And once the victim is chosen, he just uses his q to last hit the minions and follows the poor victim everywhere he goes. It was actually pretty annoying, even though it was only a bot game. Answer if you had similar problems with this Ryze xD.

P.S. He actually outsmarted me with the blue buff xD. I tp-ed to it to avoid him stealing it, and he ran to it and simply q-ed it. It was stolen. The mystery continues...
