No, next year is a different punishment period, you won't get season 6 rewards but you will be eligible for season 7 ones.

Enable timestamps on your chat box and when an enemy uses a summoner just ping it from the scoreboard. Your computer has to do a complete restart when you rebind your enter keys so all season you wont be able to say a word you also wont get banned.
