You're allowed to make a new account with a fresh start, but that old account will be gone forever.

You can troll, feed, afk, grief and many other things repeatedly but you said naughty stuff to other players and because the system is the system and you have the smartest dumb people in the world working for RIOT you will never get your account back. Just make a new one and do all the aforementioned things but don't say naughty words and you will be fine. That's pretty much it in a nutshell as to how this horrible punishment system works. RIOT apparently thinks it works when you can just make a brand new account and do it again and again and again, even if you want to say naughty words to little thin skins.
your account is never coming back. just make a new one. the game is actually almost exactly the same at level 3 as level 30
If they unbanned everybody just asked, we wouldn't get anywhere. We'd still be known for being "the toxic game."
