I just been put in a lower queue because of AFK. But i have to say , I play LOL in China use a macbook . So i have to connect VPN for playing. However the VPN disconnect by itself SOMETIMES . There is nothing i can do about this. I play in a good way and always was a team player . MY teammate like me . I don't deserve being put in a lower queue!
Plz Deal with it. I'm 25 with less time to play LOL & i have to deal with it when i leave my games when it's already lost & no one is surrendering.

Unfortunately, the system does not care WHY you were unable to play, just that your choices put your team at a disadvantage when you were unable to connect properly.
Now, you sound like a real nice person to play with, but even 1-2 minutes AFK can be game-changing (Level, gold, and map pressure advantages for the enemy player because of a few minutes of inactivity by a player). I've won games when down a teammate and lost when up a player, but those are in a vast minority compared to the games that were won by the team with more players.
What you CAN do, however, is check by the Help and Support Forum (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/MIrqAXhp-welcome-to-help-and-support-now-how-do-i-get-some-help-with-my-issue) to see if you can fix your connection issues. If you have disconnected from games, then you deserve the low priority queue. However, you can take actions such that you don't have to deal with it again.
As a side note, what server are you playing on from China?
