I received a 14 day ban for this... i was having a bad game and the bot lane started harassing me, telling me i suck, and that im sh*t and telling the other team to report me.... the only thing I said all game is shown in the logs below.

Please tell me this ban can be overturned... the things that get said in league and this is a bannable offense???

I got it reversed! turns out I was flagged because I was just explaining the toxicity of 'kys' in a previous match.

Riot does what Riot needs to do. In your case, given your history, it was appropriate to remove the ban.

Just FYI - in the future - I suggest explaining it without repeating the actual behavior - or even not explaining it at all. If you feel compelled to explain it in a nice way, just say something such as "hey man, best change your club tag, things like that are not allowed" and not repeat what it actually is or say it multiple times.

It's good you got it appealed, but you did show a very poor behaviour in the one game you showed. Behaviour that has led to well deserved bans. I would suggest thinking before typing in future games.

Have you had any previous chat restrictions prior to this?

There are two ways to get to 14 day bans, punishment tier progression (you've had chat restrictions but continue your behavior) or punishment escalation (like hyper toxic chat or zero tolerance policy words/phrases)

Now get prepared to get chat restrictions for every small bad word you spell... meanwhile, refusing to help the team, trolling, inting, feeding on purpose and going afk on purpose. hardly will be punished. GJ :D

same thing happened to me once. explaining "kys" is banable and why I reported them. My acc got fixed though. It's not rare for this to happen. BUT that being said, I was also being slightly toxic back. So I got a chat ban and my honor level was sent to dishonorable. Luckily, you weren't being toxic and/or negative at all.

Something's fishy, I've never heard of the system pulling as far back as a month for a single game. I'd check with support through a ticket, see if you can get an explanation through there.

No, I was given full honor last year. I'm very supportive in game, almost never swear, and often try to diffuse toxic players. I never had any warning, or chat restrictions... I was given this ban for the logs shown above, and their is nothing sportsmanlike about it.

I was getting verbally harassed and provoked by a silver V and Bronze I duo... once I op.gg them I just muted, and bid them 'gg' at match end and went to a new game
