Toxicity for all....

So I'd like to ask Riot, what is being done about all the toxicity? I mean, the text in loadingscreen sais it's like 70% or whatever that is bettering themselves after bein puniched. So well, why does it feel more or less like the community is getting worse every year? What is being done to make the toxicity go away? The new AI reportsystem thingy sounds cool and all, but does it help?! Pliiis Rito!

the game is growing. it gets more and more players. so yea there are also more and more that are toxic. normal.

The community reacts more heavily because the game becomes more snowbally, meaning every mistake makes the entire team suffer hard so losing team tend to have worse temper while winning team isn't much better either cuz they argue over who should get the kill to benefit from snowballing.
