Do you care only about having a clean chat? Because of the fact that i couldn’t keep my cool after countless of lost games because of afk or feeding or noob team mates i get a 25 game restriction chat just because i told them what were they doing and who they are . I know i am wrong for insulting people , but why do people who feed get out clean without any punishment even if you write a report on them? Thank you .

You don't have an option for selecting both. I also noticed that you left out "intentional" in the second option. As feeding unintentionally is never going to be punishable.
