Account Hacked and then Banned, While Asking for Help

I apologize for having posted this in the wrong sub-section beforehand.

I had quit playing League for several months, until a friend convinced me to play with him last night. I got on and came to find that I couldn't log in. I managed to put out a ticket and regained control over my account shortly after. However, as I finally logged in, I was met with a message telling me that I was being given a chat restriction. It was shown to me alongside a long list of toxic things that the person who had hacked my account had said. The first thing I did was put out another ticket in the hopes that this could be resolved without much hassle. Until then, I simply refused to play for a bit longer. I waited for five hours before I finally got a response. However, I didn't actually get a response. I received a permanent ban for using 3rd party programs. There was no human response to my plead. There was simply a middle finger. I put out another ticket hoping for this to be handled properly, but so far no response. Needless to say, I'm rather livid.

If they helped you recover your account they can fix it the mistake on their end and unban you. Just keep making tickets.

The first responses to a ticket are usually canned. Just respond back to the ticket to get a human to really take a look at it.

Also, don't bump tickets, 'cause with every update, it's gets put back at the bottom of the queue.

Update:
My account has been unbanned. However, they are refusing to do anything about chat restriction on my account and I've been told that lifting the ban on my account is a one time thing, despite it having been hacked. For starters, I would like to thank Riot for finally responding properly to my request and taking care of the larger issue, after thirteen hours. I can live with the chat restriction, since I don't play this game often anyways, but the second matter seems rather unreasonable. Now, if I received the ban myself, then I couldn't really have complaints, but if in the event that my account is hacked again, I'll just lose my account for good?

if you compromise your account security again, its a fair assumption that you will hacked again and again Bite the bullet type of thing, change emails, change passwords on emails then kinda just do some monitoring on your account standard pass updates every few months
