Unfair leaverbuster
i was afk for 3min then i joined the game bought items someone triggered surrender draven wrote "gg its lost" the surrender was outvoted 2yes to 3no then i loss 19LP and got 5 game leaverbuster for 20minutes
what is this?

LeaverBuster is not based on one leave. Especially not for a 20 minute queue time.
If you have a 20 minute LeaverBuster, it is because you previously had a 5 minute LeaverBuster and didn't learn your lesson.
Don't queue up unless you can sit at your computer for an hour to an hour and a half without leaving from the time you start queue. If you leave to go to the bathroom or get a snack during loading, you risk AFKing and getting penalties like this.
Also, you're describing a remake it appears, which are treated like whole game/large portion of game afks for your penalties, because you just made people waste an entire queue time and loading time, plus 3 minutes in game, just to have to start all over.

Being AFK and leaving a game is the same thing. Leaverbuster treats ranked games more severely.. Also only 1 or 2 AFK/Leaves can count if you don't have a lot of games played in a short period of time.
It goes by % games afk/left compared to games played in a certain period of time.
1 LEAVE in 10 games is 10% 1 LEAVE in 100 games is 1%
Leave/afk less or play more :D
Personally- I have over 4000 games played and have 2 leaves in the history of the game (7+ years). Both were from internet outage or power loss. That being said I understand if something happens and someone has to AFK for a short period of time...
That's a remake, and yes the vote was triggered because you were gone until the 3 minute mark.
