only way you get a perma is if you were extremely toxic before. This doesn't warrant a perma right away BUT if you were recently suspended for 14 days i can see why.

You deserve a punishment according to the rules. If that's the punishment tier you were on, then yeah, permaban is deserved because you don't seem to learn from lesser punishments. If this was escalated from no history of punishments, straight to permaban, that's fucked up, but I'm sure that's not the case.

u had a 14 day ban. you ignored that last chance you were given. You are toxic throughout the game and talk down to people, and tell them to shut up or call for reports. Yes, it is deserved. Take it serious when Riot tells you: LAST CHANCE, BUDDY!
