Hi Riot Games,
I live in America which is a free Country, so fix your games suspension and banning rules or take your game out of America, sick of getting unnecessary bans and they are not even reviewed by Riot, but by other players which is absolutely absurd. Fix this or you will lose all of your player base and have many future problems.

Private companies have every right to control their customer base - including removing them from the "premises" if they so choose.
Bans are not reviewed by players, bans are issued by Riot through the automated Instant Feedback System. If you want a human review, you're free to contact support.
People have been saying League would lose its player base for years now. It hasn't happened.

Really no response here? A company being publicly traded doesn't make it good or not. There are many video game companies that are publicly traded - all of which still have smaller player bases than League does.
Emotion doesn't matter. Action does. You're free to ask for a human to review it and revert the punishment if it was unwarranted. The IFS is actually more accurate and consistent than Riot.
Actually, statistics show that most permanently banned players never return on a new account. The player base is, for the most part, organic - i.e. one account = one player. for the most part.

In fact, the punishment system is based on Tribunal, in which most cases ended with over 80-90% player participation either for punish or pardon. There were very few "edge" cases. Further, less than 20% of players ever get punished. Lastly, publicly traded does not mean a company must follow what the "majority" wants. It only means that the stock owners have some input as to directors/company boards.
Your emotions do not excuse toxic behavior.

I didnt say that they do, please re read my post. Everyone has emotions but doesn't mean that there are not consequences either, I am stating that Riot's consequences are way too severe. The Bible says to forgive your neighbor 77 times not 4 and your permanently dead or banned. What kind of reasoning is that? We would all be dead with all of the sins and mistakes we make.

What does the Turing Test have to do with this? It's just a test made to judge the capacity of a computer intelligence to imitate and be indiscernible from human intelligence. The Turing Test has nothing to do with an automated system designed to review and punish players for negative or abusive chat.
Remember, we're talking about a punishment system here, not a synthetic life.
Besides, the Turing Test has been criticised as being pretty shitty as a way to judge artificial intelligence solely for the fact that the only purpose of it is to see whether or not a computer intelligence can look arguably like a human.
So, since we're talking about a system that has no need or design to deal with or appear human to external individuals...Bringing up the Turing Test is pretty pointless.

what part? -The part of using a bot system to decide whether or not a player gets banned. Also banning players for long periods of time wrecks profit margins of purchasing rp and destroys community and players attitude. People dont change so stop trying to change them with this ban system.

MagicFlyingLlama2 votesFirst, according to riot (and common sense, bans are too serious to trust to a bot), anything above a chat restriction has to be verified by a human. I have never seen a ban log that was not deserved, although a few are definitely on the low end. Bans come after multiple warnings as well, should have payed attention to those, huh?
Second, there is nothing illegal about it, riot can do whatever they want in regards to your account - you dont own any of it and have to follow their rules.
The fact you refuse to post logs suggests you got banned justly and are simply looking to lay blame instead of accept it is your fault. Must be some bad shit.
