Someone wishes my mother to die and I get chat restriction for 24 games.....WHAT ?!?!?!?!

I will make it short, I was trying jg for the 3rd time, we had and bot. Cait was the toxic person hint hint It was played by <removed by moderator>. So naturally, as Ivern jg, I gave everyone a buff as many times as I could and tried to help them win lane. well into 15 m of the game, cait started losing horribly, and whenever a bot does bad guess who gets to be blamed ? Thats right, jg. She accused me of doing no damage, NO DAMAGE as ...... mindblown She said I was useless, even though I had 22 assists. I said OK, ignore her, she'll just stop being an ass hole. for a while she stopped but after a few minutes, she came back even stronger with her insults, then, she started to insult my mother and wish she was dead. This is where I draw the line, I told her she better STFU and that she was stupid and an idiot for blaming me, Even enemy team agreed with me and told her to chill. But no, she didn't stop, so eventually, I muted her into 25 m. But even after I muted her, the other team would keep saying chill cait, signifying that she was still cursing at me. Everytime she dies she blames me, like WTF is happening here. well top tried really hard to carry, and we came back where you'd think we lost lol, he was that good, I feel guilty that he lost, he deserved that win, but alas, cait trolled and trolled, and kept accusing me of no damage, which OFC IM UTILITY NOT DAMAGE. But sigh whatever, what really pissed me off is, after the game she reported me and guess what ? I GOT BANNED......im really starting to hate the injustice in league of legend's ban system. Matter of fact, Im thinking of uninstalling if it wasn't for my real life friends that lol helps me connect and have fun with. I really am disappointed with league, I thought this was a fair game, every rank game I play either someone trolls or feeds, then when I tell them stop feeding this is dam rank, the whole team starts to troll me and say im toxic, COME ON. So I just stopped playing rank. I lost 5 series to trolls and I swear I did everything in my power to win, but dam it 1 player cant carry a whale of a team. Anyway back to the problem at hand, why did I get punished for someone else's toxicity ??? You expect me to say nothing when someone you didn't even say nothing to before, starts attacking the women that gave you this life ? And the stupid thing is you get banned for defending yourself but the attacker goes free ? What kind of a lazy & a wicked ban system is this ? I will leave that for you to answer.
