Permabanned

I have been permabanned for use of third party programs, but I've only ever done 3 things that could ever trigger this. The first is binding my ward and ping to buttons on my mouse, and the second is editing the persistedsettings.json bind my mastery emote to R, laugh to Q, and playeronlyattackmoveclick to spacebar. The only other thing I did was use creatorsuite by skin spotlights to get a clip for a project. Are any of these banworthy? And if anyone has links of riot employees stating they are legal I would love to have them commented below.

Edit: Thanks for all the help, I've submitted a support ticket already and I believe I am currently still being replied by bots. I'll try asking for a manual review.

Riot can't tell you what you did to trigger it without compromising their system.

But you can get a manual review, and if the ban was unjustified then you might get it lifted.

Submit a ticket. be persistent and patient to get through the numerous robot responses.

A lot of players seem to be experiencing the same issue, and you'll need to send in a support ticket and talk to the Riot staff: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/requests/new

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Politely explain your situation and be patient, it will take up to a day for you to get your first reply. Continue to explain your situation and mention that there have been many players speaking up on the forum about being banned by mistake during this wave and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.

The key here is patience as you go through the motions. Good luck! [slayer-jinx-catface]

The first two more than likely wouldnt have triggered it. Im not sure what Creatorsuite is, so that would be my obvious guess. Try and contact support and tell them about the program. If it was the thing that triggered it theyll unban the account if said program isnt something like hacking/scripting. if its a harmless program but was still triggered by the system they will unban the account. Just gotta be patient because they are getting loads of tickets in from people affected by this.
