Keep in mind the things that were happening in each game as i try and communicate to my team. I didn't use harrassment, or name calling or verbal abuse any1 all i did what communicate to my team and i get perma banned?

2 times "report jax 0 help" can also be reported

"KAT IS 10% HP WHY ISNT CAIT ULTING?" with caps is also bad

Calling for reports is a bannable offense, which you have done on so many occasions.

Also, the punishment is mostly based on the number of actions against your account rather than the severity of the infraction.

Pretty much if you get punished once Rito uses that as an excuse to ban your account for ANY chat log reports. It easy money for them when people have to re-purchase everything on another account.

Helpful advise - always use paypal to buy RP and if Rito perma bans you just do charge backs. It sucks loosing account but least you'll get some money back.

This isn't why they do it. They do it because toxic people drive away more business than they bring in.

This is TERRIBLE advice and could easily lead to a fraud charge.

Oh yeah, then why is it that Rito has lost more players since they implemented the change then from when you never got banned before? please explain that logic.

also ive done charge backs many a time. Not a single fraud charge either, why? Well you purchased a product if Rito restricts your access to it Paypal could give 2 shits about some "TOC".

At some point you will get trouble with paypal since paypal is paying the stuff you charge back. Riot is not losing any money from that charge back, it's the company you are still dealing with in the future.

hmm i assume your part of the reason my comment was removed....

i expressed how most people felt regarding the OP content and the way he acted... he did act as exactly what i put. and for him to think its unfair and unjust for his ban would have to be mentally ill . and i know the community is better with out him...

oh btw not once in game do i speak to any one that way at all....

he deserves and earned his perma ban... i hope he dont create another account and will simply uninstall the game from his PC

you're* , and again you are harrasing him by comparing him to mentaly disabled people which is not ok, you are proving again you are the same type of person, it doesn't change anything that you do not speak to any one in game in this way , it means that you knwo what is the punishment for that and you choose not to break the rules . yet you broke them twice here.

you are also telling him to "uninstall " which is also punishable if you dont see hypocricy in what you are saying you might need to read what you wrote few times more.

And also , i dont question his ban whether he deserved it or not is not my decision but words you use to describe his behaviour are not right and you should get suspended from boards for constantly violating those rules you are defending in game :)

You just prove you are not better than him if we go back to OP's chatlogs he was calling for reports and called his teammates garbage you know in the same meaning they are BAD, Its a diffrence of how the words are used ...

Man i got nothing against you but you should avoid term "mentally ill " because it may trigger some people like me and in the same moment you can use million other strong words that are not close to making fun of mental disabilities. Also boards is a place where at least imo people should come with open mind and try to help people in a friendly manner , we know that the game might be frustrating and some people cant hold their nerves , yea they were toxic in the game while they were tilted but it does not mean you need to treat them in the same way when they look for help to point their mistakes and give them advices on boards ( its a minority sadly #unlucky )

and again , i do not defend OP , what he did offended other players, was it toxic in my definition not , but it was definitely negative and not necessary

i do ... for the most part try to help others... i have alot of people on my friends list from the boards who i have helped regarding the game...

but i dont tolerate people being assclowns in game... so maybe i get a lil harsh on the boards in responding to them ... but i feel they deserve it.... kinda like a bit of redemption for those who the OP messed with...

like im not the bully... but i will bully the bully ya know ?

and in all honesty i can care less if you have issues with me or not... im not that thin skinned

you are the reason i tell everybody that posts here that they should not bother with reading answers. There are few guys that help you and massive amount that will just tell you "you're toxic good you're fucking banned hehe "

i was on the other side , i posted my chatlogs for review here , most comments i got was " another toxic idiot banned " "haha downvoted " wow it was so nice to read i loved it. Yet there was actually one guy that read my chat logs and pointed everything i did wrong ( its good to mention it wasnt toxicity it was negative behaviour most toxic thing i said was "fml useless mid " once and it was responding to harrasment which did not excuse me at all )

i wasnt looking for unban , i was just legitemately looking for help to understand why is it toxic and how people feel while i said it. People that respond like you are hypocrites , you feel better than those "toxic " summoners yet you are toxic yourself you are just better in keeping your nerves to yourself thats all ... or maybe you arent as it was seen already on boards -_-

actually i dont think what i said was all that toxic... it was more like a slap in the face to try to get the attention of the OP but with the way he responded on the comments there is no helping him ... no matter what he will continue the same pattern of behavior . i know i come across as cynical , sarcastic, a lil brash/rude but sometimes that is what is needed to get through to some people. but in all honestly im a brutally honest person... and people normally dont like that... and yes im a very cynical and sarcastic person in life too.. but those who know me also know i will legit give my left arm to help someone in need and have the biggest heart towards those in need. but i have little patience or symphony for those who dont deserve it

for example my best friend ... went back to school to get his masters. graduated couldnt find a job had to give up his APT and legit was homeless taking a traveling sales job to get buy... in the last 6 weeks i have loaned him over $1500 to make sure his car didnt get repossessed, to make sure he had his meds for his depression . and that his bills were paid til he started his job which was on the 3rd of this month... now he has a job making $70k + a year... and his life is moving in the right direction ...

i work 50+ hrs aweek, put myself through college... i help support my mother who is disabled ( has been since i was 9) in the last 4 yrs has had 9 major surgeries and i also help support my younger brothers, one who is like 23, other one who is older who has a gf and 2 kids and are struggling financially.

but yea call me out for being a lil harsh to a toxic person who proved how they are by their words and actions ...

Thats why we should come here with open mind and dont try to be to harsh for others. Yea like you said OP may be a dead cause , yea 70% of people that make posts " im bannned again ... " may be non reformable but there is the 30% that actually can be reformed and want to reform and by writing in the manner you are doing you just decrease this 30% to 5%. And lets be real just like responding to toxicity does not make this disappear it makes it escalate even more , being harsh to summoners that look for some help here ( altho it happens sometimes ) will not have positive impact on anything.

I read many of those threads about permabans and some people are just tilted , they are great irl but theey got frustrated and i'd rather have them than some "not toxic" people from boards.

It also appears that you ask other people to report others every single one of these games when a teammate doesn't do what you want. If you're going to report someone, just do it. Bringing it to chat is unnecessary and just results in more oil on the fire. Though from the chat logs, it looks like you were reporting people for skill reasons and not behavioral one's.

Dude you just need to stop typing and play the game. You are calling out your teammates and calling them bad. People don't like that. Does a perma seem kind of harsh. A little.... but they do give you warnings before that.

If you make a new account just stop calling out your teammates and play the game.

If you need a tank, blame the toplane. The mistake the support did was not to pick velkoz/zyra/malza/brand. want a tank? ask top, leave us supports alone. you die with an AP support? git gud.

Well. Your behavior isn't that bad when compared to others I've seen on this forum, but I'm surprised anyone could type this much in one game. Just you being annoying will get you reports for unsportsmanlike or plain spamming chat irritates people. Seriously man. I remember in bronze people would pause and stop everything they're doing just to type.

Although your chat logs are not extremely toxic, is irrelevant. You we're punished for having a history of toxicity and showing no signs of improvement.

Overall the chat is a negative experience for anyone subject to it(you harassed others on your team) so the punishment occurred solely because of a history of toxicity and this is the tip of the iceberg type of deal

What you're doing is constantly complaining about your teammates skill levels, calling for reports and just frequently harassing them throughout the entire games. This is not communicating this is just you being a jerk. Since this is a permaban that means you received at least three prior warnings and ignored them.

In the future communication means using constructive criticism and keeping your teammates updated on where your opponents are throughout the map (i.e. keeping it gameplay related) and not constantly whining and complaining about your teammates mistakes. If it's not helpful respectful or constructive than just don't press Enter. Also only one report is needed to flag a game for review so there's no need to call for reports and it's considered harassment to do so.
