So wishing cancer for people and their family is OK in EUNE?
In every game or two there is someone wishing cancer for peoples family, and never have i ever seen them getting punished for that.

well... apparently the system is "focused around what the community doesnt accept" and legit every eune player i ever met on euw said they changed servers cause eune is and i quote one of these people "the toxic fuckfest ever seen" so i guess in eune it really is ok? lol idk.
It isn't, if they continue the act they will surely be punished since the ban system will just check chat logs.
EUNE has barely any manual report system from my exp. It's lottery of whether it'll get caught automatically I guess. If they said it in one of many languages there it's even harder.
Have you ever seen a wish like this have any effect at all?

NA is, at least according to what I've seen and read, seemingly the only region that will perma ban people on a whim due to verbal toxicity. It seems the other regions acknowledge that there is a mute button for a reason and focus more on things that actually affect the outcome of the game.

Jokes aside, you should report them. I don't really believe that the system is at the point where wishing cancer isn't caught and dealt with. If you have any other troubles, send a support ticket.
