Lobby Dodge followed by ban

So one of the most infuriating things keeps happening to me. I'll be playing a draft game where almost the entire team will be ready, then someone dodges.(well ok that's just a part of the game right) but that's not the worst of it, when I join the next game, the teams have been shuffled and the players on the other team, who know who I plan on being, ban my champ. Is there anything that riot can do to prevent this type of abuse. for example stop shuffling the teams after a lobby dodge. thanks
