So riot is racist then i guess

So I played a normal today, and was doing ok when I realized our bot was very troll, I even told them gj when they got kills and tried to get the ganks, they refused to leash so i told them i wasn't going to gank (a manner thing) the thresh proceed to call me a %%%got and a niggot, so guess what, I told them thanks for making their ban so easy, because apparently racism is not suppose to be tolerated on here, and they constantly flamed and called everyone bad the rest of game so i asked the other team to end. I just get a notification that my account has been permanently suspended, they sent me the chat, here you go not invading just warding so you know lol na killing lvl 2 sigh now i cant ffs k no leash no ganks gotta love them silver trolls i figured ? gj bot this draven lol so bad ty for givign me a bannable offense lol you guys are adorable this explains so much about this thresh racist and toxic lol please report even if you dont he will get banned for his comments gj taric well he is fed lol im sorry draven are you actually still talking? na this draven is adorable him and thresh bout to get perma banned lol easiest ppl ive ever had to ban just on there own chat ^^ lol im with moa ty for ez ban ty for backign in a warded bush <3 ya taric sorry this game was lost with this bot lane in champ select you did well though so thats good and just a norm na i didnt get a leash do you relize how behind that makes me 3 mintues even easier ban god i love this bot ya i muted them they are just so darn cute pls win i relaly dont want this bot getting more ip lol ya but our troll bot wont let it end and the fed the shit outa everyone may as well afk can you jsut end everyoen but bot doesnt want to keep going lol yo know im not stoppign you lol just end let him end just let him end lol that flay LOL lol i dont want to win just let em end ^^ we lost at champ select so w.e

Now no this isnt the most passive player chat log, but considering they were RACIST and homophones and didn't get banned (I know for a fact because riot sends you notifications when someone is reprimanded) but yet i get a per ma ban for asking the game to get over, OBVIOUSLY shows that riot is ok with racism and homophobes so Im thinking this needs to go much more public so things get fixed.

You being banned for your continued harassment and abuse of player's in your games is in no means a sign that hate speech is tolerated or protected in League of Legends. Looking through your account I found multiple punishments and chat restrictions on your account pertaining to your abuse and harassment of other players, this seems to normally happen when players were not performing well. We have zero tolerance for players using hate speech and much like how you were punished, reporting them is the best way to bring their abuse to our attention.

typical bored person response on here, EXCEPT GUESS WHAT he hasn't been held accountable and they are failing at their tribunal in more ways then one, and they are PROMOTING racism and homophobia by attacking a victim of it.

You're going to provide some evidence for these claims right?

First we need evidence showing that the people you were talking about have not been punished (don't post that here, make a support ticket with the provided evidence).

Secondly you're going to have to support your claim that someone being punished for breaking the rules is promoting racism. You're going to have to show that not only is it okay to break the rules in certain situations, but also that the situation you were in is one of those situations. I'd say good luck, but since you kind of agreed to never break the rules that you broke you're going to need a lot more than luck.

LOL if you think riot will even respond to let alone give me the evidence on there own you really dont know how riot works lol, they only send you what youre reported for never the whole game log, and ive checked both of them and they have been in very recent games, not to mention to actually get the damn logs i would need to speak to a damn person and they dont have any damn people to actually do any of their jobs, just robots with standard responses. Not to mention tehy have not responded to any tickets i have sent in over the matter.

You sure have a diluted way of looking at the world dont you? lol and i said i know they have not been banned because i have checked on them, and you receive a notification when someone you report for these kind of offenses gets banned. so obviously you dont even read before you comment.

The notification is NOT a way of deciding if someone has not been punished.

Now, do you or do you not have evidence that they have not been punished? I asked if you had evidence. Your reply apparently wasn't very clear, because it appears that you said Riot has the evidence needed. This would reasonably mean you do not have the evidence to support your claim.

However you just said you have "checked on them". This would mean you have some way of obtaining evidence that they have not been punished. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm guessing you didn't quite understand what I was meaning when I said evidence.

If this has cleared things up for you I go back to my original statement; you're going to provide some evidence for your claims, right?

You receive a notification if you're the last person to report them.

Seeing your type of abuse, you probably report for "trolling" a lot of innocents, meaning your reports have close to no value...

They're NOOOOOOOOOOT robots, they're just picking macro responses to go faster.

In the rare cases where a robot is able to handle it, it's written in the mail that it's the experimental robot reply system. You still get a personal (not macro) human answers if you ask again in both cases.

If you don't think your report is effective enough for a severe offense, submit a Support Ticket. Stop making yourself out to be a victim to justify your own actions; just mute and report them instead of escalating the situation.

  3. im sad to say but... i made a similar thread i think 4 days ago where i played aram LATE AT NIGHT ON A LOW LEVEL ACCOUNT so i had a guy 3 times in a row in my team who was standing in the base using some spambot do spam "hitler will come back and gas all the nigas and all the jews and all the disgusting asians" THREE GAMES IN A ROW i reported this guy 3 times and the next day i checked on him and he was still playing the game.

I KNOW THAT RIOT BANS im enough on these boards to see that ppl get banned but the "zero tolerance against hatespeech" is bullshit riot. your system tolerates it A FUCKING LOT and it also takes A FUCKING LOT to get banned for homophobia, hatespeech, etc. the system is doing a good job but saying it has "zero tolerance against hatespeech" is a lie.

I wouldn't even care if they got to keep playing as long as i never saw them again, but the supposed tribunal players who spend a decent amount of money on, that is suppose to help get rid of those people, is being allowed to ban the victims, and the worst fucking part is you cant even get in touch with a live human being to get anything fixed. I am not saying i am the nicest person on league, but i have gotten countless honors from team and enemy's this week, i get reported for one game when they FLAMED AND VERBALLY ABUSED, and now any money is gone i put into their game, and i dont get to enjoy my game anymore. and this bullshit about how their tribunal is working is a load of horse crap, they let kids that are bored rate games on the weekend and ban victims like myself because they are too lazy to actually solve anything the right way.

and did you read my screenshot? as soon as you start your own toxic trail you open yourself up for reports against you. you dont get banned over 1 game it takes a long time but they usually only show you 1-3 games in your chatlogs. i see you asked to report them which is considered toxic and usually the main reason ppl get banned. sry mate :/

asking to report is not toxic at all lol, if it was toxic the entire population of league would be banned, and if they are to lazy to even respond with real ppl in tickets then maybe calling them out on their tolerance here will get a really god damn person to talk to, thats why i really dont care if anyone agrees i just want riot to notice and god damn talk to me for once

if you think that asking to report someone is not toxic and not against the rules then im sorry mate, you're on your way to permaban. riotlyte himself confirmed it on his asklyte.fm page, many board-mods confirmed it in other threads. riot confirmed that 1 report is as good as 9, if the report is really because someone was breaking the rules.

and just saying... riot usually ignores threads from ppl who think asking to report is totally fine so yea gl with getting someone from riot here.

Honestly, I think anyone who even uses the words "racist" or "homophobe" needs to do a little bit of growing up, and learn to stop identifying by things out of their control, and identify by who they are as a person.

Except that your punishment was handled by an automated system, not a person.

If you reported them, they will get theirs eventually. Contrary to what you may believe, they do not take hate speech lightly. One game of reports isn't typically enough to trigger a review. This game that "got you banned" was just a drop in the bucket. You weren't permanently banned over that game. You were permanently banned for your entire history.

How many honors you got doesn't change anything. The "1 game" isn't necessarily the only game you were reported in or the only game that your punishment was for. They send you 1-3 logs as an example of your behavior. It is not a comprehensive list of your offenses.

You are right I don't know much of anything about your account history, but I do know a lot about the punishment system. With the mild logs you posted, there is no way that game was singularly responsible for your permanent ban. So have you been punished before?

If you want riot to look at your case you can submit a support ticket, but if you don't have something more than what you have said here the response you get is going to be very similar.

You can attack me all you want, it isn't going to get you anywhere.

It also depends on what the report actually says. If you have written othing or just spam, it will just be ignored. I feel sorry for you. I can completely understand how you feel about being tolerated badly, but just because there might have gone something wrong once doesn't mean that Riot doesn't care. If you take a deep breath (now I'm sounding like a yoga teacher..) and just write that support ticket, describing how you felt about it, but be sure, that what you write was what you experienced, and not what you want them to hear you experienced. I promise that, if you do that, Riot will care (at least, if they are as you describe them - which I might not completely agree with, but if so, then they would be forced to care, or Riot Support would probably get a pretty bad reputation).

Honesty, talking back to those kinds of people only causes more trouble for you. Just mute and ignore him. Like everyone else is saying, flaming back at them means that you are no different from them, and so you put yourself in a situation where action can be taken against you as well.
