Hate to be a "I got a false chatban" poster, but this one is actually a bit much...
So I'm kind of a toxic player, I've gotten bans before, and to them I think, fair enough. I'm trying to get better about it and be more positive, so I never personally insult people, call them bad as a player, name call, etc. So when out of the blue I get a chat ban for a single game, I'm kind of confused.

This is word for word, except I censored the swearing. Yes, this is the ONLY game, so of course I send a ticket to riot support about this.
"Uhhh, I can get a 25 game chat ban for 1 game now? Sorry, but my mid laner was blaming the entire game on me, so I explained why I thought they played bad... I don't really think this is excessive flame, and even if it was legitimately 1 game....
From the start of the game I was getting spammed, which is why the first message i sent was "muting mid". Ofc, thats not a reason to be toxic, but I was not especially toxic, I mean I said they played bad, and was a bit snarky, but 25 game chat ban for this 1 instance?
Kinda tired of just getting random bans at this point, like if you can give me three especially bad games as examples thats 1 thing, but not even giving me 1 game leeway is kinda just pissing me off. Feels like I shouldn't even bother using chat if just telling people what I think they did wrong and disagreeing with them will get me perm'd within 100 games lmao."

First things first, Here is the FAQ. This will give you the rundown on what the intention is for a chat restriction and how it works. As an aside, it looks like you have 19 games left on your restriction.
I did look over the game and while it may appear that you were just attempting to tell a player why they were not doing well in the game, you did get pretty extensive with them and did insult them as well and that is not cool. I would say that the reason you were given a chat restriction off of one game is because this is your 3rd chat restriction within a short period and the system is more sensitive if you are getting several penalties like this.
When players are being negative it may be hard to make the decision to mute them as it can be intriguing to see what they have to say, but this is truly the best way to avoid being inadvertently punished and focus on the game.
I get that this would frustrate you to have this penalty on your account, but if you need any clarification on anything to do with this penalty, let me know and I can help you out.

So first off they link me to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752984-Restricted-Chat-Mode an article with a 30% helpful rating as of writing this. In this I see nothing to actually tell me HOW to act to avoid bans aside from the extremely vague wording of "Accounts that show signs of persistent negative behavior are often first punished with chat restrictions." With no definition of "Persistent negative behavior". So, to break down the words lets go 1 by 1. Persistent is either "continuing firmly or obstinately in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition." or "continuing to exist or endure over a prolonged period.", both of these don't work for my case, as it was a single game, hardly a prolonged period, and I had no difficulty or opposition to my behavior. Second is negative, which could be defined as "not desirable or optimistic", optimism being defined as "hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something.", in the game I say nothing about its outcome, about the players future, or their skill level outside of this game. I also say nothing "undesirable", I simply lay out their mistakes in the game and point out why I think they misplayed this game. And behavior is simply my actions within the game in this case.
In my eyes, my behavior in this game could not be defined as persistent, or negative. Also, just to let you know, my last chat restriction was 4 months ago, a minimum of 200 games ago, so it was not "within a short period".
I see this as a totally false chat ban, anyone care to tell me what I did wrong this game, how I was toxic or worthy of a chatban?
