How is it I got leaver from being in a game, posting in chat sitting at bot lane waiting for my adc to come, before my adc was very active bot lane with me the team surrendered and I was still posting in chat. Team surrendered and I get a leave after I voted no. I was not afk and didn't leave. How do I dispute this ?
I just watched your replay at Replay.gg. You went stationary at 0:46 at your outer turret. Your adc helped the jungler with their leash, though it was more of a struggle than it should have been. teemo aa's would have sped it up a lot. Enemy bot was pushing up against your turret and you were still immobile. Never fired a shot. Leaver buster will bust you for remaining motionless like this. Your team surrendered at the remake mark.
Your adc was very active bot. She was trying (unsuccessfully) to cs and defend turret. You were typing during all this? (he was a teemo support). What on earth were you typing?

I was waiting for bot lane enemy to get low to put in a couple shots and try to give my bot adc a 1st kill.

As a support, you don't wait for bot enemy to get low before putting in a couple shots. You put in some shots to get them low. ESPECIALLY as a teemo support! The enemy won't get low on their own. You're expecting your adc to cs AND do all the poking while she has no visible support at all? The enemy team was pinging "enemy missing" in your lane repeatedly. You did not exist for them, and their adc had a very active sona support. They felt free to harass without fear, and apparently their feelings were on point. Sounds like you're waiting for your adc to lower enemy's hp before you hop in and Q+aa them.... which will have one result, and it won't result in the kill going to your adc.
Also, as ap support, you built doran's ring and sat there waiting, invis at turret. You didn't build any sort of gold/supp item, and you weren't getting cs. Your only income would then be kills.

As far as what I was typing, I was doing /all chat posting lyrics from songs, I don't remember the lyrics I /all chatted at that time.
That's awful. Next time, spend this time poking your enemies down to low hp so that your ADC can cs and can then finish them off and get a kill. You don't wait till the enemy is low hp before you attack, as support teemo. You poke your enemy down to low hp and then back off.
Also.... help the jungler with their damned leash next time? sheesh.

It'll help to learn the support role as a whole. If you're a damage champ, logically your adc will want your poke. Don't focus only on the individual champ's abilities.... as a support, know your role.
A lot of what you were doing wrong had more to do with you not doing..... ANYTHING.
Literally. You did nothing. From the moment you got to turret until surrender, you were effectively afk.
That is not even a matter of knowing "teemo support." That is a matter of helping your team.... as leaver buster indicated. :P
Heck, at least participate.
And leash the jungler! Any and every role knows this.
