This is the sole reason for a 25-game chat restriction. I want to know WHERE was i toxic... I swear they should just remove the chat feature from this game altogether. Bunch of sensitive ass people working for Riot.

asking for reports is considered harassment.

there is no reason to ask for it, as 1 report is enough to trigger a by the system. More reports won't get people banned faster as it is not a popularity contest.

First things first.

This is not the sole reason for your chat restriction; let's dispel this idea right now. Restrictions and bans are not given out for a single game's chat, nor for even a few games. They are given out for valid reports over many games. This is especially true in your case because you are on your second offense. The number examples of your behaviour is in no way intended the total of your valid reports; they are only examples for your use.

You spent the game engaging in personal arguments, threatening other players, and harassing them over the results of the game. None of these three behaviours are acceptable and you consistently acting in this manner, doing these and possibly other actions that violate your agreement results in your second chat restriction.

You might have been stating facts about the game (their builds, whether they were feeding or warding), but you did it in a harassing and threatening manner. None of this might seem toxic to you, but Riot disagrees and they do have the final say on the matter.
