so people rarely get a border anymore because let's be honest: nobody bothers to reward anybody.
How about we take the border icon idea to signal players who have been naughty?

Something like this would only make the issue of toxicity worse. A player with a branding like this could only expect hate and reports to come their way, even if they are doing nothing wrong. Other players would immediately become hostile toward these players, which would likely make them more toxic, and creates a downward spiral that can only end in the player being permanently banned or otherwise quit on their own.
As a Riven support I am offended. Please Riot, ban this man.
