Unjust Perma ban

First of all I will admit I have been toxic and the way I handled the situation is wrong, In my most recent game I was perma banned for feeding however, in this game I had people throw insults at me such as "I hope you die of cancer" and stuff like that. And honestly I think a perma for my second warning is ridiculous, I have only had one ban prior to this at a 14 day ban, I have already sent a support ticket but I just want to stress that I do take responsibility for my actions, that I can understand why I should receive punishment but as I have already said a Perma ban is too far given the situation, If riot actually look at my account I am rarely toxic. This specific account has helped me through some tough times dealing with depression, as well as this i have spent a lot of money in this account, If there is some way I can speak to someone about this thats not through a ticket I would greatly appreciate it. However if I just get the reply of " We will not unban you" I will be taking this further and I will be contacting the PR team as in my opinion this is ridiculous, I feed in a game but and i get perma banned but theres people in that game telling me to die of cancer which can cause real life harm as oppose to me ruining someones game.

We will not unban you.

This is your 5th penalty. This perma--ban is completely deserved.

Yes, feeding will get you banned. If you've been punished before, it'll be permanent. There is no excuse for intentionally feeding. Ever.

If others are being toxic, they will be punished according to the severity and their history. That still does not give you the right to intentionally feed or be toxic in any way back to them.

There is no excuse for intentionally feeding. There is no way you're getting unbanned, especially since you've already had a 14 day ban previously.

You can't have a post titled "Unjust Perma Ban," then open with an admission to being incredibly toxic. Furthermore, your first offense wasn't the 14 day ban. Your first offense was a chat restriction (you can't use chat or have limited times to use it), as was the second, and I believe third offense. The 14 day ban occurs when you continue to get reported for being toxic/feeding/trolling even after your first 3 warnings. It escalates then to a permanent ban if you STILL continue to get reported for the same toxicity/feeding/trolling after the 14 day ban. So your permanent ban is like your 5th offense that tells us that you continued to behave in a manner that got you consistently reported for unsportsmanlike behaviors. If you got through 3 chat restrictions and a 14 day ban and didn't pick up on the fact that your behavior was getting you punished over and over again, you deserve your perma ban.

You will not be able to take anything further. Your account isn't really your's. Never was. Riot isn't liable to you in any way. You agreed to these terms when you downloaded the game.

Save your threats. They mean nothing.

Sorry but you can mute. You don't have to get all righteous and start feeding out of vengeance to teach them a lesson. Everyone knows the real problem in league is all the inters and trolls. They need to be permabanned instantly. Glad they ACTUALLY caught you, cuz too many people get away with that shit. You must not have gone about it very carefully. Again, please just mute players who are verbally abusing you. Verbal abuse is like the one thing you can control... but there's nothing anyone can do about an intentional feeder, except report and hope they get banned. Seems things worked out really well this time.

I realize that toxic chat ruins games, but so does intentionally feeding. You ruined the game, wasting 9 other players' time. It is unlikely you will be unbanned

No, the perma-ban is perfectly reasonable for intentionally feeding once you are already in poor standing with the system.

Once you were hit with the 14-day ban that should have been the message to you that you needed to behave. You didn't.
