Unlock Permanently Banned Accounts For Reformed Players..!!??

I'm sure everyone in the community knows friends who has been toxic and inappropriate in their league games. Some of you may even know friends who have gotten banned for a week, 2 weeks or even permanently banned. Some of these players don't realize the harshness of the punishment riot can bring to your account.

Well, I happen to be that person. I was permanently banned for saying a bunch of stupid things that meant nothing to me at the time. I truly feel bad for the people that had to go through my behavior. I severely regret the hundreds of dollars I spent on the game only for it to go to waste. That's why I'm here to make a statement and tell anyone that exhibits toxic behavior to stop now, it will only get worse.

I feel like many people that have been permanently banned, didn't know the true punishment to behaving in such a way. I also feel that many perma-banned players have been reformed, myself included and want to continue playing League of Legends with their group of friends. I believe that Riot should unlock all permanently banned accounts starting fresh this new season. This will allow everyone to get a chance to reform and prove themselves on the Summoner's Rift.

Please consider unlocking permanently banned accounts this upcoming season. I'm sure the community will come together again. Thanks, VIP333

They tried this back in the day, it had a 95 to 98 percent rate of said players going back to being toxic. Doubt they will do it again.

If you reformed on a new account, good. But that doesnt undo what you did on the permabanned account. This one will stay banned as a scar reminding you not to do again what you did on it. Also this prevent you from using the old name again, also part of the punishment.

You didnt know the punishment? it tells you on every punishment card. It also tells you on riots website, in your terms of service, and the email you get from riot. There are 4 warnings before you get permabanned.

  1. pop up notice saying you should take a break.
  2. 10 game chat restriction
  3. 25 game chat restriction.
  4. 14 day ban.

If you didn't reform after EVERY punishment, why would you reform now?

Instead of trying to recover your old account, show that you're reformed by making a level 1 account and starting over.

People will cry all day rather than admit they performed poorly or let their team down. Good luck getting baddies to admit they were wrong.

Feel like the definition of permanent doesn't sink in with some people.
