Trolling with Anivia wall

So i took a year break from league. A long time ago you could mess up ults/Teleports/recalling by moving the champion with the wall. I remember Riot taking that away at some point. I came back and recently played a game with Anivia. I tried the wall thing on a teleporting vlad and work. I spazzed a little bit then proceeded to wonder if i could do the same to the allied Graves trying to b. Good news it worked. bad news is that i began to wonder if i could get in trouble for it. Curiosity killed the bird i guess.

I'd assume you can get in trouble as it'd count as a form of harassment, just like how trundle can use his pillar to interrupt allies' recall and teleport as well.
