You dont get LPQ for a single AFK game. Its designed this way to prevent punishing players for rare circumstanses. Players are also expected to keep a stable connection while playing so lag is not an excuse for getting out of LPQ

Unfortunately if you are disconnected from the game for any reason, it will count towards a LeaverBuster penalty. Whether it is due to lagging, connection issues, or simply choosing to leave the game voluntarily, the end result is the same; namely, it forces your teammates to play a match as a 4v5 or 2v3. The LeaverBuster system will not punish players for an occasional disconnect, but if there is a pattern of leaving games within a short time period, then a penalty will be applied to the account, beginning with a 5 minute Low Priority Queue and increasing to a 20 minute LPQ if leaves/afks continue. And Support does not take accounts out of the Low Priority Queue, but they will recommend that you try to fix the problem with your connection or system that is causing the lagging.

Support recently posted this article on ways to troubleshoot lag with the updated client. You can also check out this page for information on low fps if you are having fps drops with your lagging. I had a bit of a problem with it after the last two patches and had to do some tweaking to get my system running without lagging me out. You may find one of them helpful.

If it's just lag then there's little you can do about it, but if you couldn't click the reconnect button, it could be because of the server work they're doing and you should send in a support ticket and they might give you a loss prevented and remove any penalties, but they only do this if it was on them... strictly your lag is an ISP problem and they won't do anything about
