The REAL Percentage of Players That Are Banned By The System.

Ok guys I wrote this in EUW but I want to share my thoughts with you as well. This post does not include anything about sentences like unban me,I didnt do anything wrong etc.

The percentage should be taken considering the players who were playing after this system came out.I am pretty sure that this number takes account all the people who were registered in game from day 1.Most of them dont even play the game anymore which reduces the percentage by A LOT.To get a correct percentage your sample size should be at least ''played 50 matches'' after this system came out since you need to play at least around 50 matches to get banned permanently. Also even a freshman computer science student can make the bot give wrong info about the percentage.Stop believing everything that is said by Rito. They are not true. I am sorry but this system got out of control.Soon there will be a constant 1h+ wait time in diamond.Keep banning the people just because they asked for enemy team to report the premades who were constantly swearing in chat.It has nothing to do with this account.Believe it or not this system will be the reason of the fall of LoL

Well think about this. There are more than 30 milion ACTIVE players. 1% of that is 300 000. Do you believe that there are 300 000 players banned? I think there are like 1k on each server totaling in about 10k banned players overall. Its like 0.03% of total population. Think about bigger picture when looking at percentages. Also that statistic doesnt include only silver/bronze players. But also players who play only normal SR, only ARAM, only dominion, only CO-OP games across entire planet.

This made me smile, because you're very right on this part. I've made many a program that gave the wrong output due to a mistake on my part.

The percentage of players I personally know who have received a chat restriction is 0%. It's not the largest sample size (about a dozen or so), but it's the only population I have to sample. From what I know of the system, it's working fine, since none of them have gotten any punishment.
